Have you got a link to enable me to make a public submission please?
Hi Kas. This is the link to the public consultation documents and all of the proposed regulations and lists http://www.health.govt.nz/publication/regulation-natural-health-products-consultation. The date for making a submission on the regulations has passed, but you can still make submissions for ingredients to be added to the Permitted Ingredients List (PIL), or for conditions to be added to the “Draft list of conditions about which claims can be made”. The deadline for these submissions is now the end of March 2017. You can also write to the Ministry of Health or your local MP about your concerns with this Bill.
